I examine the reasons behind this paradox, such as why talent leaves and why opportunities are missed. I also offer insights to rebuild confidence, expand opportunity, and accelerate innovation for a more ambitious future.

I am committed to leading higher education institutions that cultivate talent, expand knowledge, and strengthen society through meaningful impact. As a professor of business strategy, economic development, macroeconomics, and global trends, I have taught at top business schools in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
Since September 2024, I have served as Director General at Esade, working to transform education through a forward-looking vision of leadership grounded in cooperation, dialogue, intercultural openness and trust in our collective ability to shape the future. I lead a vibrant academic community committed to innovation, critical thinking, and a globally connected approach to leadership.
My purpose is to amplify positive impact by encouraging collaboration among people and institutions. I believe that conversation, empathy, and mediation are powerful responses to polarization and essential foundations for bold, forward-looking transformation.
